Honourable Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that on the 4th October- 2009 night, the extremist group of NATIONALIST DEMOCRATIC FRONT OF BOROLAND(NDFB) Ranjan Daimary group appeared in BHIMA JULI  VILLAGE under BISWANATH CHARALI Police Station in Sonitpur District of Assam and opened an indiscriminate fire killing twelve (12) inhabitants of the village including Eight Gorkha persons.  It is learnt that the innocent villagers were refusing to pay money any more as demanded by the extremist.

We strongly condemn this cowardly act of the extremist group. We also condemn the Govt. of Assam in failing to protect   the precious life   and the properties of the citizen which is suppose to be the primary responsibility of the State Govt. of Assam.

We demand that the Govt. of India may ensure that such incident do not recur in Assam and elsewhere. We also demand that the families of the deceased persons should be adequately compensated at the earliest for the end of justice.
